Pre-Construction
We have a very hands on approach to this phase in obtaining the required information for the generation of our thermal calculations, which in turn enables us to select equipment and provide our clients with live design release schedules with up to date procurement schedules and drawing trackers. We are able to highlight any risk at an early stage to collaboratively work with our client to de-risk all aspects our package.
Construction
We move from the design release schedules to progress reports once works have commenced onsite. Our works are undertaken only by our approved installers. We hold internal subcontractor meetings every fortnight to ensure materials and resources are in place to maintain programme. Our project managers will issue TWC packs for any tests which have been undertaken.
Post-Construction
By this point the TWC packs have been reviewed and our test results have been witnessed to the clients consultant. We would then assist our client through the soft landings period, we would always offer a maintenance proposal to ensure the system is maintained correctly through its first year of operation.
