Tommy started out his apprenticeship at 17 years of age, upon completion he joined a Tier 2 Mechanical contractor where he worked his way up from project manager to board director within 8 years. A natural leader and someone who likes to bring out the best in everyone that crosses his path. Tommy is very open about the final year of his previous employment which resulted in time away from the industry to overcome his battle with his mental health. This ultimately resulted in him deciding to start up Mind Mechanical and join forces with Joe Moore to form a business which is relatable/aware of current pressures.
Away from Mind Mechanical Tommy enjoys spending time with his family and has a keen passion for football.

Joe is a self-motivated individual with a keen thirst for knowledge and is a big believer in self-progression as well as helping others progress and reach their goals. He is dedicated to staying current in his field and is committed to delivering top-quality work to his clients. In his personal life, Joe believes greatly in finding a work-life balance and finds nothing more enjoyable than spending time with his partner and two young boys.
